Dermatologists don't recommend using a washcloth, loofah, etc. daily. You should exfoliate 1-2 times per week (more if you want, but you don't have to)

I live in Germany and it's just a different deodorant. you cannot get the same thing over here. I'm clean and wash but the deodorant here just doesn't cut it

Also, hydrate. I’m not good at it unless I’m really working at it but it will also help with skin dryness. Or at least, you skin will be dryer if you are dehydrated.

Anti bacterial soap helps with sweat areas. I use regular bodywash everywhere else. African net sponge is superior to a lofah. I will not a4gue with anyone about it 🤣🤣🤣

Yes I’ve heard antiperspirants are much less common in some places + it’s more common to find plain deodorant which is essentially trying to mask the smell of sweat with perfume and it doesn’t work 😭

I had to use antibacterial soap before surgery. The doctor specifically told me only use it the night before and day of bc it can cause skin problems if used more often than that.

Sulfates dry me out. So I use sulfate free body wash. I also use different products for different areas of my body.

I'm European and people don't shower enough here 😭 a lot of people put on A LOT of perfume and then shower once a week. I've met so many people here that does that

I shower 2x a day w/ soap, night and morning - twice a week being a “full shower” (soap, shampoo, conditioner, scrub, shave). I’ve never had a prob being “dried out”

Unless you have a long history of eczema and extremely dry skin ! I literally moisturize TF out of my entire body after every shower and I cannot use a wash cloth on most of me otherwise my skin-

Norway here. I've only ever used antiperspirant deodorants. Most(all?) deos here are. Don't know what's normal in other European countries.
