if she likes you she will tell you when it's happening she will be scared And most likely come to you for help and probably be vocal if she's contracting (just my experience)

kitten food until she's done nursing, tight/flat bed/bedding so babies don't suffocate, watch teets closest to the tail end-when they swell you have a couple days, she'll nest about a week b4 birthing

she is pretty close to popping, I've always noticed the fur around the nipped falls out around 2 weeks before they give birth. If she starts rearranging the space around her she's about a week away.

it's instinct for mama cats to know if you don't find her she getting ready to go. leave the umbilical cords alone they fall off after 3-5days. don't worry about the placenta.
