You forgot to fully stop before shifting into reverse ….a lot of people shift it into reverse while the car is slowly moving forward

My golden rule: if the transmission is working properly at any mileage LEAVE IT ALONE, DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. Just enjoy your car. Lol

After 100k get a transmission “drain and fill” NOT flush. There’s a difference. Change your fluid.

I asked a mechanic about flushing my transmission, differential etc… he said “if you want more problems go head do it, if not not you better leave it alone” i said okay💀

it's an old wives tale that older transmissions shouldn't be flushed. there isn't any evidence that it creates problems that wouldn't have already been there

I recently did my transmission flush at 65k miles on 21 Hyundai Venue SEL. My owners manual recommended 60k miles. I know I was late, but realistically should be fine. I change my oil every 3k miles.
