united did the same to me & when i couldnt get my luggage back for the cancelled flight, i sobbed in the airport & just went home & cancelled the vacation 🥲 got a refund tho

aghh southwest hung us out like that back in March, 36 hours in MCO no rental cars nothing. got to Baltimore had to drive to Richmond to get my car 🤦♂️

You need to go to united.com/refunds went through a similar situation 2 weeks ago. You submit whatever you want to refunded for and they’ll get back to you. Don’t give up with emailing them.

dead ass tho i called their customer service so many times and i filed complaints and all i got was $100 when i had to spend $400 on a delta ticket just to get home bc united wouldn’t rebook me

United is an absolute joke. Cancelled 6 flights, no help no compensation. Took 3 additional days to get us to Ireland. And we ended up eating the cost and booking ourselves out on another airline
