buy whatever bike you want. every single bike ever made can go the speed limit and under. no such thing as a beginner bike

R7 is a great beginner bike for starters if you’ve been riding dirt bikes for a while and you’re good id go with a R6

r7 seems like a great bike for beginners transitioning into intermediate, it's still "slow" compared to 600's BUT they're great wheelie bikes so you're not bored of it after a few months/year

I’m Australian so I guess I’m a little more sensible imo the r7 isn’t a great bike for someone with no experience you can still loop them I’ve ridden 650’s with less power and it’s definitely 1/2

I think it's perfect for my first bike, I love the little power it has to get up on speed quick, the sound, the aggressive look, good torque, I love mine! raven black🖤🙏🏻

IMO rear break discipline is the deciding factor. If you need to put two feet down then start on an R3, if you can stop and keep pressing the rear break you'll stall before you can loop an R7
