I cld do 100 of these because I really hate to see people work so hard on working out, being in a deficit and not see progress because of silly mistakes ps I do NOT reccomend having coffee on an empty stomach for cortiso purposes so when I say I would have a black coffee I would always at least pair it with berries or yogurt at around 11 am before my coffee and big breakfast and AGAIN do what works for you if intermittent fasting or tracking calories triggers u plspls dont do it, focus on protein and portion control! this is what worked for me 💗
Black/any coffee on an empty stomach ruins your gut with time. Your weight loss/health journey begins with a clean gut tbh

Actually 1kg= 7700kcal, so you need that on top of your maintenance calories to gain 1kg. But I love the way you explain it.
