Most research would say do cardio after strength training. Cardio before depletes glycogen which could have a negative effect on your lift.

I do 20 minutes of stairs at 8 before then 20 minutes of inclined tred at 12% 3.2 mph after lifting. At 50 yo I look better than almost everyone in the gym.
