Recipes below… Chicken Mediterranean bowl- -chopped lettuce (I used cabbage) -hummus and tzatziki -pickled onions -cucumber -chopped tomatoes -feta cheese -Italian dressing or olive oil and lemon juice with salt and pepper -marinated chicken: marinade overnight ingredients: ½ cup extra virgin olive oil ½ cup balsamic vinegar or other vinegar ¼ cup soy sauce (I use low sodium soy sauce) ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce ⅛ cup lemon juice 1/4cup honey 2 teaspoon dried rosemary 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard or Spicy Brown mustard 1 ½ teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 teaspoon garlic powder 6 chicken breasts or 3.5 lb chicken #healthyrecipes #healthy #realistic #whatieatinaday #momoftwo #dwts
