if you let them smell each other throught the door long enough then put up a gate so they can smell & see each other the dog might decide the cats his and get along.

that's strange. my vet could tell us exactly how far along my cat was and the number of kitties ...way before the birth date. maybe you should ask a different vet😅

If she prefers under the bed. She might have the kitties under the bed. You might wanna block off under the bed, unless you like the idea of scrambling under the bed to get the gherkins. 😂

what I did was bought one of those plastic kiddie pools and threw in some old towels and blankets and I made a little tint around it for her and that's where my baby had her babies🥰

Get a cardboard box with a cover, put her bed in it, my sisters cat set up next in there, when it’s a place they keep going back to generally is where they give birth….

my cats never stopped eating, that seems to be common for cats who feel safe. in the wild being pregnant and hunting can be dangerous.

Fyi cats often instinctively seek places up high or low if covered because they are safer. So under the bed fits. Try adding a cardboard box to the bed to provide a roof and walls.
