I firmly believe they need to make home management (all it entails) a job. My husband pointed out all of it’s a paid job until you’re married then they act like it’s not, keep it paid.

As a nanny it’s insane to me that stay at home moms don’t make money. It’s soooo much work and I only do a small portion of what they do.

Elon being in on the debate is a joke. He’s from SA where the norm (like in most countries) is for childcare/mat leave to be subsidized, and quality of life to be good enough to afford extra childcare
