I have ordered six separate items from them with two of them being personalized, and I’ve had no problems whatsoever. Everything arrived in a timely manner, and the products are great! When I did have a problem with an earring that would not open so I couldn’t use it, they answered my email within five minutes and it shipped a new pair immediately. in my experience, they are a good company.
