legend has it that this used to be a triple stacked theater but due to a dimensional collapse the middle theater is now a zero dimensional point and I hear seating is very cramped 🙃✌️

The Winter Garden was the home of the very first Canadian production of CATS in 1986. As I recall it was the first long running mega-musical in Toronto.

The Forum theatre in Melbourne has a lower auditorium and an upper one, so It's probably not that unique.
