Make your own yogurt from the last bits of your old yogurt! My favorite brand is pretty expensive and this is what I do to get that same flavor and texture for much cheaper! I strain mine after I make it, so it’s thick like #greekyogurt , and Danger says it tastes like ice cream! 😋🍦It doesn’t last more than a couple of days at our house, but it should be good up to a week in an airtight container. Directions: 👉Sanitize a pot by boiling water in it for a few minutes, then dump the water. 👉Preheat your oven to 200 degrees then turn the oven off. Turn the oven light on. 👉Use 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt with live active cultures for every cup of whole or 2% milk. I used 4 cups of whole milk and 4 tablespoons of yogurt. 👉 Heat the milk to 200 degrees, stirring constantly. Take off the heat, stirring occasionally, until it cools to 115 degrees. 👉Mix in the yogurt. Cover the pot, wrap it in a towel, and leave it in the oven for at least 4 hours. 👉For tangier yogurt leave it a few more hours.
