since when!? all cheeses have lactose if made with vow milk. The cows are different 😅 I never had a problem with lactose in Italy but in the use yeah is a different story

there are a lot of cheese with very low lactose. stick to aged cheese and you should be fine.

omg . nooooo. the longer a cheese is aged or animal lowers lactose ie sheepmilk very low parm low but not lactose zero..
