and the state of arkansaa need to old these men and women accountable for how well they keep themselves in good physical athlete shape. I know that the state of Montana stats firms on their tolerance as far as officers physical condition and weight/size. When an officer falls outside of the mandated weight limits the are immediately placed too in office desk duties and they have several months to get their weight back within. the approved limits. if they do not get back within the mandated tolerances they are fired. I feel they should not be able to work out in the field if they are over weight. that places increased risk on the officer and on those citizens around them do to the officer being unhealthy Ovsr weight causes him to move slower and without energy.

Providing false information and the investigation showed he was on parole with an active 4th waiver. That’s a parole violation as well. He’s going back to prison.
