Using the parent controls on ipad have been SO helpful!! No more fighting, I just turn it on downtime and then my son puts it down and will move on.

I always tell my daughter she can take her iPad outside, but she needs to go outside and sit in the sun. She usually ends up putting the iPad down and going to swing or jump on the trampoline.

When my son is in a mood like this I explain what he needs to do then I give him a five minute reset. Then I nudge him again. Eventually he complies because I never give in and he hates losing his iPad time. ❤️
