I had sleep apnea cause I slept with my mouth open. Went on sleep apnea therapy for 6years. At retest no sleep apnea, because I had to keep my mouth closed with the equipment. Tape is the shortcut👌🏾

Maaan. I tried one & almost died 😂 I have congestive heart failure & get “air hunger” when I’m short of breath, randomly. My body went to involuntarily inhale hard & well, yeah, couldn’t!! Choked lol
