same issue in the sideburn/near the ear area..from what I’ve read it’s hormonal but I’m trying la roche-posay Effaclar Duo Acne Spot Treatment, kinda working but it takes a few weeks to purge the skin

This happened in my 20’s and now in my 30’s. My dermatologist said it’s common and just a hormone transition. They have me on creams to make it go away again.

Yes, it didn’t happen til I hit 32 — found out I can’t have gluten and my skin is super sensitive. Switched to cetaphil sensitive skin cleanser and plain old kiehls ultra facial cream and it cleared!
