I live about a half hour from marcy correctional and I can't even understand how other CO'S allowed this to happen, it's incredibly messed up 😔😔

I am just hearing about this case but 1 how the hell are there 13-15 officers available to accompany an inmate to the ER, I have never ever seen more that 2-3 and I have been doing this for 26 years?

I was a corrections sergeant and too many of the officers think it's there job to do way too much. the only time that should have happened is if it was to save anothers life.....and was the only means
