✅ Go to Login, Password, and Security.
✅ Look for the section about Disabled or Suspended Accounts.
✅ Scroll down and click

• Disabled account report forms
• Feedback forms
• Hacked account recovery options
• Instagram support (since my Facebook and Instagram accounts were linked) In addition, I logged into an older active Facebook account and subscribed to Meta Verified so I could speak with a live support agent. They reviewed my case and helped escalate it for further review. I continued following up, submitting reports, and attempting to log in throughout the day. Persistence helped a lot. After about 24 hours, my account was restored. Again, this is not official advice, and results may vary from person to person. I'm simply sharing my experience in case it helps someone else. Don't give up—keep submitting reports, be patient, and remain respectful when communicating with support. Hopefully, your account can be reviewed and restored too. ❤️🙏 Note: Account recovery outcomes vary, and only Meta can decide whether an account will be restored. #facebook #disabled #meta
