@tressuni: Your Banchan Bestie is back 🙃 Sauce: * 2 tbsp Korean red pepper flakes * 1tbsp Sugar * 1tbsp Plum extract (can replace with sugar) * 2 tbsp Soy sauce * 2 tbsp Vinegar * 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced * Sprinkle sesame seeds on top (optional) 1. Mix sauce together 2. Slice up 1 cucumber as thick or thin as you’d like (I like to use 1 large english cucumber) 3. Mix all together Some people like to salt and rinse the cucumbers first so it expels less water throughout the week. You can also add some red pepper paste to make the sauce more creamy. And I replaced 1 tbsp of sugar with plum extract, but sugar or any sweetener is just as good. #banchan #koreansidedish #cucumber
