The DeMeo crew headed by the serial killer Roy DeMeo ruled Flatlands through brutal fear and terror. The hits that happened there were orchestrated with the Gemini Method, lure the victim into the side apartment to the bar and as they walked along the narrow corridor a member of the DeMeo crew would jump out and fire into the victims head. To minimise the blood flow another member would wrap the head in towels and pierce the victim’s heart to stop the blood pumping. The crew would then string the victim upside down over a bathtub until the blood was fully drained. The person would then be dismembered packaged and deposited in various dumpsters so that the victim could not be identified.
