Advice from a stranger that my OB gave me: you don’t have to pump anymore. It may also lead to a breakdown. (Still did it, but in hindsight I wish I’d stopped at 4 months) get that sleep!

I had my breakdown when my husband was on a business trip. So my mil came over. I napped the best nap of my life. Please share the brand of sleep mask. I need a new one. Thanks 🥰

My daughter just turned 2 at the beginning of December. I’ve been doing night shift since she was born. Not to mention she’s the worst sleeper ever & still wakes up 4 times a night 😩

My husband and I split the nights- I liked to go to bed early and he stayed up later so anything before 2am was him, anything after was me. Worked great!
