plyometrics has plenty of benefits for the regular person. Better balance, joint integrity and bone health. It's even recommended for older people, special programs ofc.

How are box jumps not plyometrics ? 😅 It builds explosiveness alot better (with more box stack) than regular powerlifting style deadlifts
