I tried these today. They turned out great! I didn’t have a mixer so I did everything by hand. It’s a little more taxing but very doable with this recipe. I’ll be making these for special occasions.

Whenever I got dough in the stand mixer it also moves off the counter I usually weigh it down with something like my cast-iron skillet
