I’m 67hrs into a 72+hr fast.. I’ll hit 72hrs tonight but will break the fast tomorrow morning. Had a headache the first day, yesterday was easy, today I’m starting to feel a little hungry and bored.

I tried also do a 72 fast when I started my period last month and it was an epic fail. I don’t think I ate right prior to the fast I will try again maybe next month . But it’s definitely hard
