I've had a service with nissan earlier this month at 60k and they've told me there's an oil leak at the timing chain cover and timing chain is worn and needs doing

here’s something besides the extremely obvious things he mentioned: check your pcv system. very cheap and easy to replace on 99% of cars, and crucial for keeping oil out of the intake
