I’ve been trying out a new sleep sounds app called Somnia AI after they reached out to me and it’s such a clever way they’re using new technology to aid sleep. Sleep sounds are definitely not a new thing, but being able to tailor exactly what you need within the app is! I’ve definitely been guilty of doomscrolling dozens of sleep videos on YouTube because I just can’t find one with quite the right sound I like, and this app seems like it’s solved that.
