i walk in mall of asia every day before going hope after office. it feels good. i think i made 2km everyday by just doing that

Doc,.di na ako nag e-exercise kasi yung pag asikaso ko pa lang sa kusina eh parang dalawang oras na rin akong naglalakad lalo na morning... I'm a mom with 3 kids.
