Its obvious....The Eddie current in the dash pot has over flowed due to the negative capacitance in the over current omni relay resulting in an ionisation flash over. It's a simple fix.

screws on the bar aren't tightened causing arc, replace fuses and bar and tighten accordingly. only for certified electrician
