@manusia_tersakiti25: I mmg dah 4yr hadap pnyakit anxiety, toxic comment I maafkan. Ubat semua l dah ambil tapi awal tahun I dah start skip, ye la kan sampai bila nak brgantung kat ubat? Caffeine I dah stop especially coffea, I dah sampai tahap sesak nafas, sakit dada, emosi tidak stable also amnesia teruk. Tetap kuat untuk diri sendiri dan semua pejuang mental health. #fyp
Sis,start briskwalk+vitamin D (cahaya matahari pagi…good for mental health..lepastu jaga usus,stop gluten/semua makanan bertepung…cuba utk 40 hari & update sini🙏🏻

Hi. I also suffered from anxiety for 7yrs. Still on meds. I just nak bgthu its better and okay to stay on meds. Its gonna be better. Sekarang i dah tak makan ubat to reduce my anxiety

you need to go out and meet people.. and tire yourself as much as you can so that bila balik tu baring terus tido.. jangan duduk sorang its so bahaya been there felt that 🥺 i hope youre strong enough

dulu i phase all this but after i treat myself well, focus on myself and avoid all the toxic & overthinking especially relationship. alhamdulillah insyaAllah you will be fine 🤍 take care all of you! 🫂🫶
