Is something that hasn’t been sprayed with hashish chemicals and it’s even better for you when you go on meters from where you plate of your breakfast lunch and dinner. 🥘 Food that is grown organically and harvested and eaten the same day has higher NUTRITION which then leads to you having more energy levels so that you can put in maximum effort in your training and exercise which leads to weight loss! 🫶 If you want to learn more about growing your own food, I am doing a course on the 9th of February in Mull.
