I know I “should” but for some reason I fear coming out of functional freeze. I think mostly because I don’t have support to deal with whatever comes up.

That’s crazy because my eyes often get stuck for a second when I’m really anxious and it freaks me out, never heard that that’s a part of functional freeze.
