I have 4 acres in the Texas countryside. I built a small house and have to pay $11,000 in property taxes—$916 a month, almost like rent. highly recommended to own over 10 acres to get tax exempted.

I've seen 10 farms already sell to investors not farmers. there is one they just listed with a realtor because they just couldn't keep up no help. listed for over a mil because it will keep most people from buying. how to save this one?
