This will help them develop role playing & decision making skills. As they get older, slowly add in some TTRPG mechanics. Here’s how to start: 1. Kid chooses the character, destination, supplies, & method of transportation. 2. Grownup introduces a problem. 3. Kid tries to solve the problem. 4. Grownup narrates the result. 5. Repeat steps 2-4 & have fun! This is a great activity for car trips, waiting rooms, or killing some time before the next activity.
