yes, i agree. but you should be a bit more specific. if someone has an avoidant partner, they will be miserable, even avoidants. because that’s our nature - to connect. if someone has a secure attached partner and still feels unhappy, then they should defo work on themselves and go build all of that life on their own and so on.
