How do I communicate a split to my partner without seeming like I’m trying to start something

I have BPD but I never call anyone names or get aggressive to someone. I do that to myself. Is that normal or am I misdiagnosed?

I started setting boundaries like this and it really truly helps a lot. It's hard sometimes but it helps de-escalate situations pretty well.

is this something we can use as friends of people with bod to set boundaries cause it's usually in my experience those with bpd who call names /threaten etc

Cult of Critical Thinkers :
Those with profound disabilities and BPD can be empowered to autonomy and impulse control. Anyone defining themselves by labels are often weaponising incompetence.
