Forgot to mention that even if young and bones are still malleable, thumb pulling doesn’t generate the consistent force needed to expand maxilla. Get MSE🙏🙏

its cope: for adults: when sutures are fused otherwise it will work u js have to have normal tongue posture, etc for the rest of the day and do the technique a lot/hard
