Those Briggs Intek V-twins are great, have a 20 horse and 22 horse, the 22 horse sounds like hell cause the push rods are whooped and I ran out of adjustment, but the 22 horse has LOADS of hours.

have 1 similar to that, the revap system messed up on it, I drilled a small hole in the gas cap and that solved the issue. good luck with it
