i have this. from what i understand when you don’t eat often, eating often makes you feel nauseous, so the thought of eating can make you feel sick even when you’re hungry. It happens to me a lot

this happens to me ALL the time because of my anxiety. it’s a vicious cycle bc i avoid eating, then im so hungry that im nauseous, but the nausea makes me avoid eating and the cycle continues :(

Happened to me a lot when I wasn’t eating as much so then my stomach kinda compensated by making me grossed out by food even doe I was hungry 😭it was so bad I had to get on appetite stimulant medication hahaha

When this happens I drink tons of water so the nausea passes, and then I eat one of the ‘sick foods’ like toast, apple sauce, pretzels, etc ❤️
