As a sleep consultant, milk at night at this age can become a vicious cycle affecting appetite for solids. I would consider dropping 3rd nap too because that can affect sleep pressure and cause night waking 🩵🩵

Hi lovely totally unsure as to your situation but have you tried two naps? Babies are usually ready to drop to two by 6-8 months. It may help with sleep pressure at night and reduce wakes
