Migraine ones very accurate. The worst part is when the zigzags take over and create a half moon shape in your vision and you can see anything clearly for at least 20 minutes

As someone who was born with epilepsy and have had it for 15 years I have never seen that during or before a seizure and the last one I had was 25th December 2024
