when you use heat on your hair make sure you use a good protectant! i love the amika heat serum and gk hair mask before blow drying

A good curl cream always helps or like js washing ur hair a couple days out of the week in colder water and a good hair mask!

stop using heat, let your hair have time to figure itself out, a good routine is after showering add a cream and shake it out and wet it again and either scrunch or define your curls. finger twist!!

i’ve heard k18 does wonders for damaged curls, also cutting your hair and finger coiling until you get your curl pattern back!
