You are not required to give ID unless you have been lawfully arrested First. Obstruction is a physical act. And only if they are trying to Arrest a second party. And failure to ID is a secondary charged. And on top of all of this Constitutionally, they must acquire a warrant First. And then upon arrest, they must take you before a magistrate first. If you go to booking first, you have been kidnapped. Exercise your fifth amendment rights and remain silent.
