@sureetkular: As I sat down to reflect on this past year and share some of the lessons I’ve learned, something happened mid video that reminded me exactly why I wanted to open up and let you all into my journey. While I was recording, I got a message on my latest Instagram post a beautiful memory of mine ... someone telling me to check my email. And there it was: another disgusting, degrading message that so many of us women face. It’s exhausting. It’s painful. And it’s a reality I’ve dealt with for 5 year.ls But this is why I’m here, sharing this. Because no matter how much negativity comes your way whether it’s people trying to bring you down, strangers sexualizing you, or just life throwing challenges at you YOU are stronger than all of it. This year has been tough, but it’s also shown me the power of resilience. I want to remind you: don’t let the world steal your light.
