Beyond doing the shots, are you required to do like a certain amount of exercise or anything? I ask because I’m wheelchair bound and I can’t exercise like I used to.

Thank you for this message! I needed this so much! I’m on Ozempic right now because I’m diabetic. I’m not on any other medication for the diabetes just diet regulated. I haven’t been putting my health and weight first for awhile now. I was out of commission with a hip that was bone on bone for over 6 months. Now I have my new hip and need to get my brain in sync. I love you and am proud of you!!
