@sonyased5: saw this and had to redo to share. Never brush ur hair in the shower while wet. It breaks off much easier. Dry hair brush only. Before shower. Also, this amount of hair fall out of your washing once a week is very small. If you take good care of your scalp it shouldn’t be more than this. Use a good hair oil (I use @Asal’eh linked in bio) and put all the focus on your scalp not the actual hair.
