look for accredited apprenticeships, some times you have to commute 1-2 hrs to the jobsite, but when you get that license it will be worth it in the end. also ibew if you can get in

Not sure how it works in your area, but in California with DIR Rules it’s best to find a Private Company that primarily does Public Works. I even pay for the schooling for my apprentices.

I really appreciate your content. I’m a new homeowner. I took the class at Peterson school but they taught mostly new construction so all the fishing and plaster repair and things are super useful!!
