I get that he was going really fast, but also he's just a teenager, so I don't know why this officer is really yelling at him and making him scared and stuff. I don't think he should be talking to him like that, and I think he should try to use a calmer voice because he still is only eighteen years old

some people don't realize how fast 60 mph in a residential area is. If I was a cop I'd be pissed too because if I weren't there to pull you over, you would probably do it again, and possibly run over some kid. reminder, in residential areas the speed limit is around 15 to 25 max, that's about 40 miles per over the speed limit depending on the speed limit.
