Can I use something other than microwave? Microwaves zap all nutrients of whatever it’s warming up, so I’d rather not ruin the cheese 😅

We season our a bunch of different ways too. Herb and garlic, cranberry, Italian spice . You just work it in before the microwave

Great idea.Using expired products,if possible and when safe,to make something else with it,opposed to throwing it out is👍🏻👍🏻A person could probably freeze expired milk until you get a gallon🧐
